Hello, I have polycom RealPresence Group 500. I do not have much experience in setting the polycom. I can use public IP ( IP to IP video conference). It is required from me to set the polycom to work with ZOOM meeting. I was told that I must have a ZOOM PRO account. Also I must by CRC connector. I can do that from zoom website but I have no idea how will I be able to set all of this in the polycom and make it ready to work with zoom. I wish if you could help me.
